The leader of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, signed a decree imposing new sanctions on Russian companies and individuals.
95 individuals and 70 legal entities, most of which are citizens and residents of Russia, were subject to restrictions.
"These are individuals and companies involved in servicing the Russian state defense order and the activities of the military-industrial complex," the Presidential Office said in a statement.
Among those sanctioned are enterprises and their managers that manufacture and supply products in the fields of communications, electronic warfare and microelectronics for the Russian military—industrial complex and law enforcement agencies.
Sanctions were also imposed against industrial companies in the chemical, mining, metallurgical industries and the fuel and energy complex of Russia.
Kiev expects that sanctions will complicate the maintenance of the Russian military-industrial complex and limit its capabilities in the production of weapons and military equipment. Also, the President's Office promised that The EU will take into account some of the positions in the new 20th package of EU sanctions against Russia.
