Power outages of critical enterprises are recorded in the region.

It is reported that in the cities of Odessa, Sumy and Lutsk on Explosions sounded in Ukraine on New Year's Eve.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian troops launched a massive strike on the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine in response to the terrorist attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilian objects.
