Known in Russian blogger Alyona Kovalchuk sued TV presenter and doctor Elena Malysheva. The problem is in the telemedicine brand, as reported by RIA Novosti.
It's about the brand "Lose the excess." Kovalchuk also demands the cancellation of the trademark, as he specializes in weight loss seminars and promotes intensive with the same name.
The court recorded her statement of claim on December 17.
Malysheva registered the trademark back in 2013, it is valid until 2031. As part of the program of the TV doctor, participants organize competitions on weight loss and the number of kilograms dropped.
