Timur Mindich, found in Israel, will not return to Ukraine, and considers the corruption case against himself to be manipulation. He stated this to Ukrainska Pravda.
Mindich, in a conversation with the journalist of Ukrainska Pravda, Mikhail Tkach, said that he did not intend to return to the Ukraine and give evidence.
"To summarize, Mindich is not ready to return, he will be in Israel, like the other person involved in this case. Having Israeli citizenship is very convenient," Tkach said.
In addition, Mindich said that he considers the accusations against himself "manipulative."
As EADaily reported, Ukrainska Pravda found Timur Mindich, a businessman and friend of Vladimir Zelensky who fled the country. The entrepreneur, who was also called "Zelensky's wallet," was found in Israel.
Recall, on November 10, Mindicha on Ukraine was accused of organizing a criminal money laundering scheme, including funds related to Energoatom. Just a few hours before the arrival of law enforcement officers, Mindich left the country and fled to Israel through Poland.
