The actor of theater and cinema, People's Artist of Russia Leonid Yarmolnik was fined twice for non-payment of the previously imposed penalty. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court documents.
"A decision has been made to impose an administrative penalty," the materials say.
The Yarmolnik was brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of an administrative fine on time). It is not known what the first fine was imposed for.
As EADaily reported, earlier a similar punishment was imposed on theater and film actor, People's Artist of the RSFSR Mikhail Boyarsky. The amount of the fine and the reason for its appointment were also not specified.
