The Russians named the People's Artist of Russia the best actor this year

People's Artist of Russia Sergey Bezrukov topped the rating of the best Russian actors of 2025, viewers in the Russian Federation consider Anna Peresild, Maria Aronova and Svetlana Khodchenkova to be the best actresses of Russian cinema. This is evidenced by the survey data of the VTsIOM analytical Center (All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion) in partnership with the People's Brand Award.

15% of respondents named Bezrukov the best actor, 14% of respondents chose Sergey Burunov, 10% of respondents named Yura Borisov and Alexander Petrov the best.

It turned out to be more difficult for Russians to decide on the best actress: 7% of respondents named Anna Peresild, Maria Aronova and Svetlana Khodchenkova the best. 5% of the survey participants believe that Elizaveta Boyarskaya is the best actress, another 4% named Ekaterina Klimova, Ekaterina Guseva, Marina Aleksandrova, Nastasya Samburskaya and Anna Kovalchuk among the most beloved.

Every fifth survey participant (20%) considers the best domestic film of the year to be the military drama "August" by Nikita Vysotsky and Ilya Lebedev, starring Bezrukov. As before, Cheburashka and Cheburashka-2 remain among the leaders of the domestic film distribution, which were preferred by 6% of respondents each.

The VTSIOM-Sputnik All-Russian telephone survey was conducted on October 31, 2025 among 1.6 thousand respondents over the age of 18. The margin of error with a probability of 95% does not exceed 2.5%.

As EADaily reported, Honored Artist of Russia Yaroslav Dronov (SHAMAN) topped the rating of the best Russian performers for the third year in a row. Polina Gagarina became the best singer for the fourth year in a row.
