"According to the results of checking the information posted on social media, a criminal case has been opened on the fact of committing hooligan acts (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation found that at night on November 8, 2025, at the intersection of Dzerzhinsky and Gorky streets in the city of Saratov, a fight took place between groups of men. One of the participants in the conflict needed medical assistance," the department said.
The investigation establishes the circumstances and causes of the incident, collects evidence. Earlier, the Saratov prosecutor's office took control of the establishment of the circumstances of the incident.
