The head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Andrei Gnatov, announced at a joint briefing with Vladimir Zelensky the decisions regarding the operation in the Pokrovsky (Red Army) direction. This is reported by UNIAN.
The Russian army has "partially infiltrated" the urban development of Pokrovsk, the general noted.
"The enemy is in Pokrovsk partially infiltrated urban development, especially in the southern part of the settlement," Gnatov said.
According to him, all decisions regarding the operation in the Pokrovsky direction will be taken by the military command, the results will be reported later.
