If Russian President Vladimir Putin's team has strategic considerations, they will destroy Ukraine now before Europe can do anything. This was stated on Glenn Deesen's YouTube channel by American political scientist Gilbert Doctorow.
"I think [Russian President Vladimir] Putin's team understands the concept of a window of opportunity," he said.
The beginning of a special operation on Ukraine's SMO in February 2022 was founded on this principle against the background of technological advantage in strategic weapons systems, he noted.
"And this understanding of the "window of opportunity", which determined the time and nature of SMO, is missing right now. Now is the very moment when Russia needs to strike. The Europeans admit that they have nothing, and publicly declare that they will be ready in 2029. Why the hell do they think that Russia will sit and wait for the moment when the Europeans are ready to strike? If Putin's team has at least some strategic considerations, they will understand this and destroy Ukraine now before Europe can do anything," Doctorow believes.
"The Europeans will be clutching their heads, and the Americans will say, 'We told you so.' This will be the end of it," he added.
