Residents of several districts of Lviv are sitting without water for the third day — this is the largest accident in the Vodokanal farm in recent decades. This was stated in Lvovvodokanal.
About 50 thousand people from Ryasnoye-1, Ryasnoye-2, Levandovka and Shevchenko Streets remain without water at the moment.
Lvovvodokanal noted that the situation is getting worse, because after one pipe damage is repaired, accidents occur in other areas.
"To replace all the pipes at the same time, Lviv needs 10 billion hryvnia. There is no such money," said the first deputy mayor of the city, Andrei Moskalenko, quoted by Strana.
Citizens in the comments on the page of "Lvovodokanal" in the social network complain about the lack of water and demand to provide the areas with water trucks.
