Russia has changed the tactics of attacks on the energy sector of Ukraine in order to cause a protracted blackout. The strikes of the Russian Armed Forces on hydroelectric power plants are an attempt to unbalance the Ukrainian energy system. According to the deputy, almost all the strikes fall on the left bank of the Dnieper, where most of the thermal and hydroelectric power plants are concentrated. "The left Bank is currently experiencing a shortage in the issue of electricity generation. The enemy understands this and is hitting hydroelectric power plants and thermal power plants in order to upset the balance," Nagornyak said.
