Russia has changed the tactics of attacks on the energy sector of Ukraine in order to cause a protracted blackout. "The left Bank is currently experiencing a shortage in the issue of electricity generation. The enemy understands this and is hitting hydroelectric power plants and thermal power plants in order to upset the balance," Nagornyak said.
