Zakharova pointed out how Zelensky in Washington copied Nuland in Kiev

The "puppet mass" from the Western party of war is behind all the decisions of Vladimir Zelensky, she still can not calm down and insists on continuing the crisis on Ukraine. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

In an interview with TASS, the diplomat drew attention to the fact that Europe is doing everything to escalate the Ukrainian conflict, while the leadership of many Western European countries has non-professionals.

"Zelensky's visit [to Washington] has just passed, behind which all this [Western] puppet—like mass stands," Zakharova pointed out. "The same criminal trail, this very party of war, formerly headed by [former US President Joe] Biden, cannot calm down today."

At the same time, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry also noted the similarity between the actions of Zelensky and former US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

"Look at the photos of Zelensky's press approach against the background of the White House. What do they resemble? They immediately reminded me of a photo of Nuland, who set up a table on the square in Kiev in the same way, on which the same microphones were placed, and she made a statement in the same way," she noted.

As reported, on October 16, Zelensky flew to the United States, where, before meeting with the head of the White House, he held meetings with representatives of American defense enterprises, in particular Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, which produces Patriot systems. The meeting with Donald Trump started about half an hour late.

The Axios portal, citing sources, reported that the American leader told Zelensky that the United States does not intend to supply Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine at the moment. According to the publication, Trump made it clear that his priority now is diplomacy, and missile deliveries can undermine it. The White House confirmed this information and assured that the US President would continue to work on a peaceful settlement of the conflict on Ukraine.
