Les was detained today. As the Kub Mash telegram channel reported, he is suspected of misappropriating more than a hundred plots of land for a total of two billion rubles. The defendants in the case are Sergey Les himself, his son, current and former wives, current mother-in-law, brother, brother's spouse, as well as the head of the bidding and procurement department Yevgeny Prokopenko (he is currently in Pre-trial detention in the case of fraud with lands), his wife and father, lawyer Oleg Sartov and Ahmed Khudoyan.

According to the Kub Mash source, we are talking about 109 sites that used to belong to the state. Buildings have been built on illegally appropriated lands, which are rented out. These are shopping and office centers, cafes and restaurants. Six criminal cases related to the Forest and its surroundings are currently being investigated on the fact of fraud in the Krymsky district.
