Medvedev posted a recording of his speech at events during his visit to the DPRK on his Telegram channel.

"The true nature of relations between people and between countries is manifested in the period of trials. This fully applies to the alliance of our countries. We are grateful to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for its firm support of the special military operation," Medvedev said.
