"Russia is serious about ending the conflict on terms acceptable to it, which means that Russia and only Russia will determine the outcome of this conflict," Ritter said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Moscow does not aim to deprive Ukraine of the opportunity to exist as a modern industrial state, all strikes of the Russian Armed Forces are carried out only on military facilities in order to eliminate threats to Russian territory.
