The European Union has excluded Pavel Ezubov, a cousin of businessman Oleg Deripaska, and Konstantin Zavizenov, ex-Minister of Fuel, Energy and Coal Industry of the LPR, from the anti-Russian sanctions list, follows from the information provided in the official journal of the EU.
"The records of one deceased person, as well as another person, should be deleted," the document says.

The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg in September 2024 decided to cancel the sanctions against Ezubov imposed by the Council The EU in connection with the conflict on Ukraine.
