Conflict on Ukraine will be delayed for another two years, and as a result, Ukraine will have to cede part of the territories. This was stated by the head of EU diplomacy Kaya Callas in Madrid today, September 11.
"I think the realistic scenario is that the war will last for another couple of years," Callas said, "Unfortunately, the efforts for peace, including President Trump, have not brought any results."
In a pessimistic scenario, according to Callas, Ukraine will have to cede its territories.
Callas also spoke about the relationship The EU is with China. According to her, the two main problems it poses for the EU are Russia's support in the conflict on the Ukraine and "forced economic practices".
"We are not ready to act as a global player when it comes to China, because we do not have a single vision of what needs to be done," admitted Callas.
