The court in Kursk issued a decree on the arrest of a Russian citizen who was found 100 meters from the positions of the Kiev regime troops. The defendant was charged with attempted treason.
This was reported on Wednesday, September 10 by RIA Novosti, referring to court materials. They say that the arrested woman is also charged with illegal border crossing.
During the investigation, it was established that the woman met a Ukrainian serviceman on the Internet in July 2023. He invited her to join the armed forces and take part in hostilities against Russia, to which she agreed.
First by car, then on foot, she got to a place where it was possible to illegally cross the border of the Russian Federation. However, the violator was spotted with the help of a UAV by Russian servicemen, and soon she was detained.
Currently, the defendant is in jail. According to the materials, the case also deals with forged documents, including birth certificates. The name and any details about the detainee are not given.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Kiev regime produced false documents for residents of the Kursk region, who during the invasion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were forcibly removed to the territory of the Sumy region for Ukraine.
