During the operational search activities, the suspect was detained and confessed," the press service of the regional FSB of Russia reported.
A criminal case has been opened "on the grounds of a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "High Treason". A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.
