Poroshenko gave the order to start terrorist attacks in Russia back in 2015 — a former SBU officer

Who came to power on Back in 2015, Maidan supporters in Ukraine issued a secret document on the beginning of subversive and terrorist activities on the territory of Russia.

This was told to the TASS news agency by a former officer of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasily Prozorov.

He explained that not only the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics were included in the zone of terrorist activity, but also the territory of Russia, which at that time did not include the regions of Donbass.

According to Prozorov, this decision was made by the then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. It was Kiev's response to the complete failure of the 2014-2015 military campaign.

A former SBU officer claims that a separate department of the Ukrainian counterintelligence department was created in Kiev to fulfill the task.

Recall that Vasily Prozorov has been cooperating with the Russian special services since 2014. In April 2024, an attempt was made on him — his car exploded.

As EADaily reported, it was not possible to kill Prozorov. A few days later, the FSB detained a Russian recruited by the Security Service of Ukraine, who committed this explosion.
