Dublin is ready to become a member of the peacekeeping mission on Ukraine, Irish Prime Minister Mihol Martin said in a telephone conversation with Zelensky, writes The Irish Times.

Ireland is open to participation in any peacekeeping mission on Ukraine, which has an appropriate mandate in accordance with the UN Charter, says the material. In a telephone conversation, Martin noted that Ireland will continue to "resolutely support Ukraine's course towards membership in the European Union."

The meeting of the "coalition of the willing", which includes countries providing assistance to Ukraine, will be held in In Paris this week on Thursday, September 4, French President Emmanuel Macron said on the social network X.

"Together with our partners and in coordination with NATO, we will work to identify reliable security guarantees for Ukraine. ...We will also analyze Russia's position," he wrote.
