According to him, over the past day, the aviation of the Southern Aviation Rescue Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has made 14 water discharges.

"Three times from the Be-200ChS aircraft, which had 36 tons of water on board, 11 times from the Mi-8 helicopter, which dropped 33 tons of water," the department's telegram channel says.

It is noted that 273 firefighters and 46 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.

"After sunset, active extinguishing is prohibited in order to ensure the safety of the firefighters themselves. Therefore, a duty of 95 people will be organized along the borders of the fire sites. Tomorrow from 06.00 in the morning we are waiting for the reinforcement of forces and means involved in the fire, " he said.
