The United States may impose sanctions and customs duties not only against Russia, but also against Ukraine. This was stated at a meeting of the presidential cabinet by US leader Donald Trump.
Trump noted that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, "is also not innocent" in a situation in which there is no clear movement towards peace on the Ukraine is not visible.
He stressed that he could save people "by applying sanctions or ... a very powerful system of duties that are very expensive for Russia or Ukraine or anyone else."
"I want it to be over. We have economic sanctions. I'm talking about economic ones, because we are not going to get involved in a world war," said the American president, quoted by Kommersant.
"Ukraine thought it would win. You are going to beat someone who is 15 times bigger than you. (Joe) Biden should not have allowed this," the current owner of the White House added.
As EADaily reported, the United States plans to complete three major military conflicts in the world, including the Ukrainian one, by the end of this year. This was stated at a meeting of the presidential committee at the White House by Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.
