Serebryakov also said that he received components for IEDs in the Ruzsky district. The explosives were collected under the supervision of a curator.
As reported by EADaily, the Toyota Land Cruiser SUV exploded on July 24 at 6.30 am in the courtyard at Sinyavinskaya street in the north of Moscow.
