But this will be possible, Kolesnik clarified, only if Moscow is satisfied with the proposals of official Helsinki, since Finland had previously "done everything" to reset relations with its neighbor. The result of this decision was serious economic losses of the Finns.
"Let them correct their mistakes themselves, offer, and we will consider. We will not close if Finland's proposals suit Russia," Kolesnik believes.
