Getz admits that Moscow's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance now sounds like "madness," however, according to him, not only Republicans but also Democrats are seriously talking about this now.
"Russia's accession to NATO would help establish economic cooperation with it, settle all disputes. We could be partners.
