The Russian military captured a mercenary from Azerbaijan, Azazade Asim Makhirogly. He fought as part of the Ukrainian 3rd separate assault brigade, the backbone of which is the militants of the nationalist Azov battalion*.

As the TASS news agency reports, an Azerbaijani Nazi was captured in the vicinity of the village of Petrovskoye on the border of the LPR and the Kharkiv region. With his group, he was surrounded and surrendered after all his "brothers" were destroyed.

The publication reports that during the interrogation, Makhirogly thanked the Russian soldiers for their rescue. He also said that he came from Baku to Kiev to study "international business". However, instead of studying, he went to prison for hooliganism with the use of cold steel.

Two months ago, the Azerbaijani agreed to the promises of the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and signed a contract in exchange for freedom. It is clear that such a character in the Nazi 3rd OSH came to court.
