Specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor Veterinary supervision department at the state border of the Russian Federation and transport have checked the 15th batch of 18.5 tons of frozen meat semi-finished products produced in the Bashkir city of Meleuz on the border with Azerbaijan since the beginning of the year.
Specialists of the department noted that samples of products of Bashkir manufacturers have passed a full range of laboratory tests and are recognized as fully compliant with the requirements of the importing country, meat freezing has been issued an appropriate export veterinary certificate.
Since the beginning of the year, 271.5 tons of turkey meat have been exported from Bashkiria to Azerbaijan, which is 43.5 tons or 20% more than in the same period a year earlier, Sterlograd reports.
As EADaily reported, earlier Azerbaijan lifted the ban on imports from Russian chicken skin.
