Russia's SVR revealed von der Leyen's scenario for changing the "regime in Budapest"

According to the data received by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), the European Commission perceives the current leadership of Hungary as an increasingly serious obstacle to the "united Europe". The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, is seriously studying scenarios for changing the "regime in Budapest."

"Brussels is furious at Budapest's attempts to pursue an independent policy and influence collective decision-making, primarily on Russia and Ukraine. The "last straw" that overwhelmed the patience of the European bureaucracy was the recent decision of the Hungarians to block the draft of the new seven—year EU budget, which, according to their estimates, was designed to militarize Europe and prepare it for war with Moscow,"the SVR press office said.
