The Russian army retaliated against oil production on Ukraine.
"Russia has attacked the production assets of the Naftogaz Group," the Ukrainian national company reports.
At night, several production enterprises of Ukrnafta were under attack at once.
"Numerous hits were recorded, fires broke out. The damaged equipment is stopped. Experts are assessing the consequences of the attack. Workers were in shelters at the time of impact. There are no casualties," Naftogaz said.
The last time the national company announced attacks on its facilities was in mid-August. Then Naftogaz reported that during the week the Russian army retaliated against 13 targets.
Ukrnafta is a part of Naftogaz and specializes in oil and gas production.
