Zelensky drew red lines at trilateral talks in November

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, called the neutral status of Ukraine and the restriction of its army red lines. He stated this in an interview with TSN.

"We believe that the main aspects here are that we cannot talk about the neutrality of our state and should not. Our vision — in principle, in common with the American one — we cannot talk about limiting the Ukrainian army. It won't add [security] to anyone. I would not like to go into too much detail about our red lines, but they are, in principle, let's say, understandable. I can tell you how they are presented in the documents for discussion, but I will not talk about it in detail — there are relevant agreements with the Americans," Zelensky said, quoted by "Время.иа ".
