The mother of the deceased special military operation fighter filed a lawsuit against actress and TV presenter, Honored Artist of Russia Larisa Guzeeva for 1 billion rubles for defamation on social networks. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
In one of the actress's publications on the social network, a woman named Victoria left a comment, Guzeeva allegedly accused the subscriber of lying.
"In January 2025, Guzeeva posted a post about fraudulent journalists who stole her childhood photos during a conversation. Victoria left a comment with support, they say, condolences to her, because she experienced a similar thing — her Nikita's son was stolen by the order and 6 million rubles. To which I received a reply from the TV presenter: "I went to your page. You're lying.“ Comments were sent to Victoria with threats and accusations of involvement in the CIPSO," the publication says.
The Telegram channel clarifies that Victoria's son Nikita was born in Orsk, lived in Switzerland for 14 years, and in 2014 went to Ukraine and became the defender of LDNR under the call sign Vinnie. In April 2022, Nikita was killed in a battle for Popasnuyu in LNR.
After correspondence with the actress, Victoria certified screenshots from the social network page at a notary in Switzerland, translated the documents and sent a lawsuit to the Russian court.
"She demands 1 billion rubles of compensation and a public apology from the TV personality," the telegram channel claims.
As EADaily reported, six Russians had previously contacted the police with a request to check Guzeeva for possible complicity in villa fraud in Bali. Buyers say that businessman Sergei Domogatsky sold 68-meter houses in Bali for $ 200 thousand, and when it was time to put the objects into use, he simply disappeared from the radar. One of the victims allegedly said that she paid 11 million rubles after seeing an advertisement with Guzeeva, but as a result, the construction of villas was frozen, she never received the keys to the property.
