The leaders of six European countries, including European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, issued a joint statement in connection with the planned meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. In short, Baba Yaga is against it.

A document stating that "the path to peace on Ukraine cannot be paved without Ukraine's participation," signed by the Prime Ministers of Italy - Georgia Meloni, Germany — Friedrich Merz, Great Britain — Keir Starmer, Poland — Donald Tusk, the Presidents of Finland and France — Alexander Stubb and Emmanuel Macron, as well as the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

In a statement made by the British Prime Minister, it was said that negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine "can only take place under conditions of a cease-fire or limitation of hostilities."

"We are convinced that only an approach combining active diplomacy, support for Ukraine and putting pressure on The Russian Federation with the aim of ending its illegal war. We share the conviction that any diplomatic solution should ensure the protection of vital security interests of Ukraine and Europe," the message reads.

They also confirmed "the preservation of our significant military and financial support to Ukraine, including in the context of actions taken within the framework of the Goodwill Coalition, as well as through the preservation and introduction of restrictive measures against the Russian Federation."

European politicians summed up that "we remain firmly on the side of Ukraine."
