The leaders of the United States, Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a joint declaration on the peaceful settlement of the conflict between Yerevan and Baku.
"Within the framework of the new agreement, Armenia and Azerbaijan declare their commitment to a complete and indefinite ceasefire, the restoration of diplomacy and trade," US President Donald Trump said.
According to him, an important document has been signed, which has been prepared for a long time, but has not been signed in any way.
"Armenia and Azerbaijan have been in conflict for more than 35 years, both peoples have suffered great suffering, tried to find solutions. Efforts have been made to the world EU and Russia, but failed. Sleepy Joe Biden tried, probably tried for 12 minutes and failed... with this agreement, peace is ultimately achieved," Trump said.
