Polish President Karol Nawrocki reacted to Bandera's act of vandalism against the monument to the victims of the Volyn massacre in Domostava.
Press secretary of the President Rafal Leskevich spoke on behalf of his boss:
"The issue of vandalism against the monument to the victims of the Volyn massacre in Domostava should be resolved as soon as possible, and the perpetrators of this shameful act punished. Instead of revanchism and persecution of political opponents, it is worth dealing with real problems."
EADaily reminds that on the eve in the city of Domostava, Subcarpathian voivodeship, unknown people painted the monument with Bandera symbols: a red and black flag with which UPA thugs killed peaceful Poles, as well as the inscription "Glory of Ukraine".
Meanwhile, Polish social activists eliminated the consequences of the act of vandalism on their own.
