The body of the former participant of the show "Dom-2" Polina Malinina was found in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
The girl's body was found in the apartment of one of the houses of Nizhny Novgorod on the morning of August 6, the regional department of the TFR told the publication.
"Nizhny Novgorod SSC is conducting an inspection, a forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the cause of death. One of the versions of what happened is poisoning with an unknown substance," the publication says.
According to law enforcement officers, the deceased was the ex-head of a modeling agency, against whom a criminal case on fraud had previously been initiated. According to the case file, more than 300 citizens from 9 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were recognized as victims.
In total, more than 10 people are in the status of suspects in this case, of which three organizers are in custody.
Malinina was born in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2021, she auditioned for the Dom-2 project and left for Moscow. After participating in the TV show, she returned to Nizhny Novgorod and headed the branch of the MaryWay modeling agency.
