In the Nikolaev area there was a clash between civilians and employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office). This is reported by the Nikolaev regional shopping mall.

"Today... in the village of Bugskoye, Mykolaiv region, during the notification by the military personnel of the Shopping Center, together with a representative of the National Police of Ukraine, unknown persons attacked the military," the statement of the shopping Center said.

Civilians armed with bits and pipe clippings damaged the transport and struck the military commissars, who in response opened fire with a traumatic pistol, the TCK said in a statement.

It is noted that there are victims on both sides.

Law enforcement agencies are investigating, the TCK added.
