Theater and cinema actor, Honored Artist of Russia Mikhail Efremov decided to donate an apartment to a family with whom he had previously tried to sue for his uncle's inheritance. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.
"Efremov, after our numerous publications and leaving the colony, decided to show mercy. He issued a donation to the Gromov family, who had been caring for the artist's uncle for 19 years," the publication says.
Initially, a relative of the actor planned to transfer the entire three-room apartment on Olympic Avenue in Moscow to the family of his guardians. Later, according to the telegram channel, the actor allegedly persuaded his uncle not to write a will, planning to sell the apartment and take half the cost — 15 million rubles.
"But after leaving the colony, Efremov changed his attitude to life and changed his mind. The day before yesterday, he issued a donation and even paid for the services of a lawyer and the state fee for the work of a notary — only about 50 thousand rubles," the telegram channel also clarifies.
We are talking about the apartment of the uncle of the artist Alexander Pokrovsky, who died in 2022.
