It was a weekend. It is clear that we tried to do everything we can, but the situation went beyond the regulations that we have. We quickly got our bearings," said the head of Russian Railways.
"Of course, there were failures. There were appeals to me on the topic of the fact that the heat, the air conditioners are not working, the food is not provided in a timely manner. But this is also connected, and I have already said, first of all, with such a unique force majeure. Of course, we apologize for what happened. We are drawing conclusions," Belozerov said.
