Famous Russian video blogger Andrei Afonin, known as Afonya, explained his departure from Russia in Bali (Indonesia) discovered a malignant neoplasm. He told about this in a conversation with his colleague Amiran Sardarov, which is available on YouTube.
"I actually came here to die. I bought a one-way ticket just to stay here and that's it… They found a tumor in me and so on," he said.
Afonya continued that after some time he began to feel much better, later he flew to Moscow to conduct an ultrasound examination. The blogger claims that, according to the ultrasound results, the tumor has disappeared.
Afonya gained fame in 2015 with a series of videos "The Beauty held on to the last" about how a young man meets girls online, choosing a new image for himself every time — a villager, a man released from prison. Later, he began to release videos about his own life, and then began recording solo tracks. At the moment, 3.57 million people have subscribed to his YouTube channel "AFTV".
