The head of the occupation Donetsk Regional Administration (OVA) Vadim Filashkin urged residents of Kramatorsk to leave the city. He stated this on the air of a single telethon.
The situation in the city is getting more complicated every day, he noted.
"There are about 53 thousand people in Kramatorsk now. Go out, take care of yourself, the situation in the region is getting more difficult every day," Filashkin said, according to the Strana newspaper.
In total, about 260 thousand civilians remain in the Kiev-controlled part of the DPR today, according to the OVA.
