Another "businessman" with Azerbaijani roots, Alvin Shukurov, was detained in Yekaterinburg. He is suspected of being involved in the activities of an underground workshop for the production and bottling of burnt alcoholic beverages in the Pervouralsk area, according to TC "Chukreev".
The work of the workshop was stopped by Sverdlovsk operatives GU OF THE Ministry OF Internal Affairs.
