It is noted that foreign tour operators are actively selling tours to the Kaliningrad region, urging them to taste Russian dumplings, caviar, and also "discover the former German city in Russia".

According to Shot, the demand for booking apartments and hotels in Kaliningrad on foreign sites has increased significantly.

"The influx is attributed to the fact that prices in Russia is lower, but the service is better. A sightseeing tour of the Kaliningrad region for 6 days to tourists from the European Union will cost 517 euros (about 47,000 rubles per person), or a summer tour for 10 days — 695 euros (63,000 rubles).
