In Moscow, a man was beaten to death at the entrance of a residential building

In the north-east of Moscow, a conflict occurred between the men, as a result of which one of them inflicted fatal beatings on an opponent. This was reported in the metropolitan prosecutor's office.

"According to preliminary data, near the entrance of a residential building on Shirokaya Street, the attacker, acting out of personal hostility, punched a man in the head. The victim fell to the asphalt from the impact, " the report said.

The injured man was taken to a medical facility, but could not help. The victim died.

The assaulted man has already been detained, a criminal case has been opened against him under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of a person by negligence).
