The Russian grain trader and exporter Pallada has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the Central Bank of Syria and the General Corporation for Trade, Storage and Processing of Grain of the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection of the Syrian Arab Republic.
