For example, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic arrived after visiting Moscow on the 80th anniversary of Russia's Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Now Vucic declares Serbia's neutrality and his fearlessness in non—alignment with anti-Russian sanctions, then he comes to the summit, the purpose of which is to express political and practical support for Ukraine, support Zelensky's peace plan and discuss sanctions against the Russian Federation.

Such behavior, when "conflicting ideas, beliefs, values or actions collide in a person's mind," is called "cognitive dissonance." According to Euronews sources, the participation of the "ally of Moscow" in the summit indicates that "Vucic heeded criticism for his trip to The Victory Day Parade to Moscow and refocused on achieving EU membership." Well, let them believe in it.

Another "neutral" country, Moldova, also came to the summit, unlike Serbia, this status is recorded in its The Constitution. President Maia Sandu wrote on the social network that Romania and Moldova together will not allow Ukraine to be weakened "so that Russia can continue to destroy other cities such as Odessa, Chisinau or Bucharest."

"Both Moldova, Romania, and the whole of Europe will stand and will be able to stand as long as the shield of Ukraine is raised high," Sandu wrote.

Greece was also surprised — Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced his intention to "contribute to the reconstruction of Odessa," as it "is one of the most important centers of Greek education in the diaspora and the headquarters of Filiki Eteria - a symbol of historical and cultural ties between the two countries." The consequence does not follow from the cause, but one can see the desire of Greece to claim Odessa, which is much higher than its capabilities.

Mitsotakis also stressed Greece's "interest" in projects to "restore Ukraine, especially in the infrastructure and energy sectors." Only a not very sane person can talk about the restoration of Ukraine today, when it is not clear in what borders it will remain, but it is clearer than clear that the destruction in these sectors is catastrophic. Where does Greece get the money, which is in debt like silk? Athens does not notice that its intention to cut Brussels' budgets is obvious to everyone.

The Prime ministers of Croatia and Montenegro also came to the summit, who believe that "the security of Ukraine is the security of the whole of Europe." However, there is no single position on what Ukraine's security is expressed in. But the main thing is to say something, and at least the grass doesn't grow there. This is the first sign of a disease called "obsessive-compulsive disorder", when people promise a lot, but do not fulfill.

What should Russia do in this situation of complete insanity of Europeans? Probably, to treat, we will trust the doctor — President Vladimir Putin.
