Russian units from the North group of forces, leading offensive battles in Sumy region, bypass the important village of Yunakovka from several directions at once.
This was stated in his Telegram channel on Thursday, June 12, by a military expert, retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources.
According to him, in this way the Russian military command is forming a fire bag for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) group located in Yunakovka.
"Directly in Yunakovka, our troops have recently begun to bypass this settlement both to the east and to the west. Most likely, the Ukrainian group that has gained a foothold in the settlement will be taken into the fire bag," Marochko said.
The expert added that in the vicinity of Yunakovka, the Russian army advanced 800 m along the highway in the direction of Yablonovka in a southerly direction. In addition, our attack aircraft have already occupied a number of enemy positions on the outskirts of the village.
Earlier, EADaily reported that two Russian groups of troops had gone beyond the borders of the DPR and were advancing in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
