On the eve of the 2nd round of talks between Moscow and Kiev in Istanbul on June 2, the Ukrainian special services are focusing their efforts on mass terror in the regions of Russia, using more and more "one-time" agents. The telegram channel "Two Majors" draws attention to this in this morning's summary.
"On the eve of the upcoming talks in Istanbul, a passenger train derails in the Bryansk region due to the collapse of the span of the automobile bridge "as a result of illegal interference in the activities of transport." By the morning it became known about seven dead, 69 injured," the authors of the TC write.
They emphasize that "such events, against the background of high sabotage and terrorist activity of the enemy in the abandonment of the drg and the recruitment of an increasing number of "one-time" agents, indicate the concentration of efforts of Kiev's special services on mass terror."
"So, this week, as a result of the explosion, the 1st deputy head of Stavropol, a participant in the Time of Heroes program, Zaur Gurtsiev, was killed. On May 21, 2025, in the same area of the Bryansk region where the train got off, they reported on the liquidation of the enemy's drg. On May 25, 2025, a train ran over an explosive device in the Belgorod region," Two Majors remind.
"The number of terrorist attacks in Kiev prevented by the FSB of Russia is off the scale: news about another detained "one-time agent" comes out almost daily," they note.
In addition, the authors of the TC add, the approach of Kiev's special services to the objects of sabotage and terror is often not selective: the civilian population suffers, not involved in SMO events in any way.
"The enemy, who is under the direct operational control of the West, arranges explosions wherever he can reach," the Two Majors conclude.
As for the next round of negotiations in Istanbul, in their opinion, no one expects breakthrough solutions in principle.
"But the benefit of such meetings is in terms of the exchange of our people. It is significant that Kiev, due to the multiple difference in prisoners of war, began to massively exchange people convicted of helping Russia in the fight against the Nazis. Although here, too, the Ukrainian special services viciously used the information channel and began tricking the tortured prisoners into confessing to working for Russian intelligence, allegedly for exchange,"the authors of the TC point out.
