Next week, US Senators Republican Lindsey Graham* and Democrat Richard Blumenthal will promote The Senate has a bill on the introduction of 500% secondary duties against all countries that buy Russian energy and uranium. They stated this today in Kiev, where we arrived on a visit.

Graham* and Blumenthal are the authors of this bill.

"The US Senate will impose 500 percent duties on everyone who buys Russian oil, gas or petroleum products," Blumenthal said.

Graham said the same thing*, personally threatening New Delhi and Beijing.

"70% of all Russian oil is purchased by China and India. So, in the future I'm going to Paris, and after this trip — to Germany. I'm going to call on our European allies to lower marginal prices in order to complicate Putin's fossil fuel economy, increase OPEC production and lower marginal prices. If Europe goes for it, it will make a difference. This will damage the Russian military machine," said the Russophobic senator.

He added that as long as Europe follows its preordained path, as well as imposing sanctions on China, the US Senate will act.

"We are returning to inform our colleagues. I will talk to the majority leader, and he will talk to the minority leader, Senator (Chuck) Schumer. Next week in The Senate will hold a briefing with the participation of Ukrainians. And we are going to discuss this idea," he added.

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, called the meeting with the senators good.

"Good meeting with US Senators Lindsey Graham* and Richard Blumenthal… We understand equally well that Russia is trying to make a mockery of diplomacy: it hides behind negotiations, but is preparing for new offensive operations at the front, daily strikes our towns and villages, refuses all proposals for a cease-fire. Therefore, additional pressure is needed. And I am grateful for the initiative — a bipartisan bill on sanctions, which has already been supported by 82 senators. We discussed this and other levers that we can use to force Russia to peace. Let's continue to work on this together," Zelensky writes in his telegram channel.
