"The management company received an official request from the Akimat (administration — approx. EADaily) Astana on the transfer of the specified real estate object for use in order to meet the social needs of the city. Taking into account the social significance of the appeal and the norms of legislation, the object was removed from the electronic trading plan, " the information says.
The company added that the further use of the facility will be determined in due course, taking into account the interests of the local executive body.
